Are crew gratuities included?

No. Standard MYBA practice is a gratuity of 5–15% of the base charter fee, paid at the end of the week, split among the crew at the captain's discretion.

Can I negotiate the weekly rate?

Sometimes — shoulder season (May, late September, October) and last-minute availability (within 4 weeks of departure) are the realistic windows. Peak August dates rarely move on price.

What's the smallest charter I can book?

Three nights is the practical minimum for crewed superyachts. Most owners contract on a full-week basis from June through August.
