Weekly charter fees scale with vessel size, region and season. A 100ft yacht in the Mediterranean typically charters for €120k–€180k per week; a 200ft platform €600k–€900k. Add APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) of 25–30% for fuel, provisioning and port fees, and applicable VAT (varies by region).

APA — Advance Provisioning Allowance — is a deposit (typically 25–30% of the charter fee) paid alongside the charter fee. It funds variable expenses underway: fuel, dockage, provisioning, port fees, communications. The captain reconciles APA at the end of the charter and refunds any unspent balance.

Med summer charters (July–August) and Caribbean Christmas/New Year typically book 9–12 months ahead. Off-peak weeks and shoulder seasons can be secured 4–8 weeks out. The most desirable yachts in peak weeks book a full year in advance.

Yes. Several yachts in our fleet — particularly those based in the GCC — operate as halal-certified by default, with no alcohol on board, halal-only galleys and culturally-sensitive crew briefings. Specify dietary preferences in your inquiry.

Every broker on the platform is reviewed annually for: a current commercial brokerage license, professional indemnity insurance, flag-state credentials, and at least three years of operating history. Verification is renewed each January.
