By accessing SuperYacht.app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Platform role

SuperYacht.app is a discovery and lead-routing platform. We connect prospective charterers with independent, verified yacht charter brokers. We are not a party to any charter contract, do not hold yachts in inventory, and do not act as a broker, agent, owner or operator.

2. Inquiries

By submitting an inquiry you authorise us to forward your information to the matched broker(s) for follow-up. Brokers handle availability, pricing and contracting independently.

3. AI Charter Advisor

The AI Charter Advisor provides general guidance and is not a substitute for professional broker advice. Information may be inaccurate or out of date. Availability and pricing always require broker confirmation.

4. Broker accounts

Brokers must hold valid licences and insurance in their operating jurisdiction. By creating an account, you warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you will not misuse leads or contact details obtained through the platform.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping, automated extraction, or reverse-engineering.
No fraudulent inquiries, impersonation, or spam.
No use of platform data for purposes other than the original charter inquiry.

6. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software is owned by SuperYacht.app or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of broker or yacht information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperYacht.app shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim is limited to USD 100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SuperYacht.app against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
